Jan Mulder Citizenship Award
The "Jan Mulder Award" is named for a Piqua Police Officer who was killed in the line of duty in 1970. The purpose of this award is to publicly recognize the actions of citizens in a time of crisis or emergency through the disregard of personal safety or through prompt alert action, saves the life or attempts to safe the life of an individual.
These Individuals are recognized at our City Commission meeting and presented with a memorable plaque. If
