The Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce gives a "Welcome to Piqua" bag to new residents to the City of Piqua. The list of new residents of Piqua is based on a listing of new utilities signups at the City of Piqua Utilities Dept.
The Chamber mails postcards to new residents inviting them to bring their postcard into the Chamber office for a free "Welcome to Piqua" bag filled with information about the City of Piqua, a Piqua Map, along with coupons and items from Piqua businesses.
