To enlist and encourage the citizens of the city of Piqua to promote consistently a positive attitude of every aspect of a forward moving and caring community of today.
Pro Piqua Focus
Pro Piqua Focus is a quarterly newsletter that gives its readers a window into the diverse lives and activities of the people who live and work in Piqua. The publication is the result of ideas submitted at the Future Piqua Study, which was completed n 1991. A major concern of the study was the seemingly negative attitude growing in our community, which was thought to be due to, in part, to a communications gag. |

The Pro Piqua Committee was formed to see what could be done, and out of that came the suggestion that a publication be produced to highlight the many positive aspects of Piqua. The idea was taken to the city, which agreed to fund the project, and Pro Piqua Focus was born.
The Pro Piqua Focus Committee welcomes suggestions and criticisms from it's readers as well as ideas for future editions. |
