Employer Services:
SCOTI LE – (Shared Career Opportunities and Training Information Labor Exchange). Provides basic labor exchange information to include use of a screening and referral process which will ensure that an employer will receive qualified job seekers.
Job Vacancy Postings, Recruitment, and Screening – Employers may post job openings free of charge in order to draw area job seekers into local employment. Applications may be provided to the Job Center to circulate to applicants. Upon request, screening services may be provided for the applications that are returned.
Interviewing Center – Office space can be furnished by appointment in order to conduct interviews for job openings.
Workshops – Job Center staff members conduct free workshops which focus on development or improvement of critical skills employees need for success in the workplace. Workshops may be presented at the work site during agreeable hours by appointment.
Point of Contact – The Job Center serves as a point of contact interacting with appropriate agencies to coordinate efforts according to business needs and/or requests. |
